The land at Shortwood Business Park has been designated as ‘Enterprise Zone’ and offers incentives in the form of ‘Business
Rate Relief’,enhanced Capital Allowances and simplified Planning Rules. Qualifying businesses in the regions target sectors that locate here will benefit from the discounts on business rates, which could be worth as much as £275,000 over five years.
